Maintenance / Technical Support

Content of Doxoft maintenance and technical support services are determined through service level agreements. Customers prefer one of the services and it renewed 1 year after the installation with a maintenance agreement. Maintenance and technical support services require no cost for the first year, and for the following years the cost-effective agreements are signed.

Bronz pack includes, bug-patch-fix delivery and telephone as well as e-mail support without charge for one year. It is also possible to prefer to start with higher service level agreements like the silver pack or the gold pack in case of demand for on-site support in the following day of a call, or telephone & e-mail support in 1 day response time.
