Training
In the beginning of a project, after installation Doxoft training is given which aims to bring system administrators to a level that end user trainings can be performed by them. User friendly screens, no software or code development knowledge requirement for modeling workflows make Doxoft an easy software to both teach and learn. (End user training is also possible to be given upon request) Some training topics are: system management which system administrators must attend (system setup, system backup,etc.), document management system fundamentals which preferred end users can also be attending(document management, folder/archive management, etc.) and workflow management (workflow template design, workflow management and functions).
