Doxoft Compaq brings together the benefits of a pre-integrated / pre-configured solution for HP scanners with all the strengths of the Doxoft solution including Web-based architecture, database & operating system independence, scalability, flexibility, low cost of ownership and comprehensive functionality covering the full document lifecyle from capture to archive. Doxoft Compact provides pre-built functionality to allow effective compatibility with HP Scanners. A document folder in Doxoft’s folder hierarchy can be set as default destination for a profile of an HP Scanner.  When a defined scanning profile is selected and scanning is initiated using scanner’ s buttons, the scanned documents are directly placed in the designated Doxoft folder.  Therefore, you can archive your scanned documents by two simple steps;

1) Choose your type of document through the profile buttons on the HP scanner

2) Push to scan button. When you want to locate your document you can either look up your document from the associated folder where your document is automatically placed or use the full text search function Doxoft provides.
